Entrepreneur, Coach, Mentor, Community Leader – Jeff built a Top 20 logistics company recognized as Great Place to Work (Certified ™) and is passionate about sharing his 30 years of experience in leadership development and non-profit management with others who desire to lead and lead well in all areas of life.
Lauren Vanaman
Executive Director/Co-Creator, Facilitator
Lauren loves creating people-centric cultures. With 30 years of leadership experience in business and in the non-profit world she loved creating The Aspire Experience. She is a certified facilitator and is also certified as a Credentialed Christian Non-Profit Leader through Christian Leadership Alliance.
Lisa Wilgus
Director of Partner Engagement
Lisa partners with businesses, nonprofits, and ministries to assess leadership gaps, strengthen culture, and guide leaders into Aspire’s flagship 9-month leadership development program. She brings her hospitality mindset into every interaction — making people feel seen, supported, and capable while helping organizations cultivate confident, healthy leaders.
Drew Christian
Research and Communication Director, Facilitator
Passionate about ministry and the written word, Drew has spent the last 30 years as a Pastor, Professor, Author, and Writer. Drew received his doctorate in Leadership from Bethel Seminary in Minnesota. He writes content, is a certified facilitator and leads our facilitation team.
Sarah Clendening
Graphic Designer/Operations Coordinator
Sarah has a bachelor’s degree in Modern Language and is passionate about leadership and communication. Sarah is about connecting with people and navigating them toward their goals using her gifts and talents with the written word through technology and organization.
Rita Clucas
Facilitator
Rita Clucas is co-owner of AlaskaWild Seafoods with her husband, Jon, of 35 years. They have four adult children who Rita homeschooled. Rita’s greatest passion is teaching people how to find abundance right where they are in life. She is seeking her degree in Spiritual Formation at Grace Theological Seminary. Whether she’s reading, writing, or connecting with others, she’s always got a hot cup of coffee fueling all her fun.
Jake Moss
Facilitator
Jake loves Jesus, his family, people, and the performing arts. Working for Young Life, an international Youth Ministry, he is passionate about seeing teenagers live the abundant life that they were made for. He is grateful for the Aspire Leadership program in his own life and can’t wait to invest in others in the non-profit and leadership world!
Nandi Randolph
Facilitator
Nandi graduated from Southeastern University in 2012 with a BS in Biology Education. Leading the charge over the biology department, as the youngest teacher on staff, she obtained one of her greatest achievements in bringing up the science scores, making the science department number one in the district. Moving from the classroom to legislative hall she obtained her Masters in Educational Leadership and currently works with the Delaware Family Policy Council, where she has been the acting Policy Analyst and lobbyist since the spring of 2019. Nandi’s love for education continues as she plans to finalize the dissertation for her doctorate in Education as well.
Stan Senak
Facilitator
Stan has a B.S. in Business Administration from Mount Vernon University. After 37 years, he is a Retired Pastor & Administrator for The Salvation Army. Although retired, he currently works part time with The Salvation Army of Massachusetts Finance Team. He currently lives in Surfside Beach, South Carolina and loves investing in others through his facilitation with Aspire.
Kyle Parks
Facilitator
Kyle’s leadership journey became a passion from his youth. He started his career leading a family construction business and moved on to Atlantic Aluminum Products as a Manager. His insight into processes and culture development has accelerated the growth around him in his professional career. He devotes his free time helping to develop and lead the youth in the racing community to develop them into leaders and highly accountable individuals.
Billy Roca
Facilitator
Billy is a seasoned IT professional and dedicated US Army veteran with a decade of experience in the technology sector. Serving as a Satellite Communications Specialist overseas in 2013, Billy developed a strong foundation in technical problem-solving and leadership.
In 2022, Billy achieved his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. His proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and delivering results has been a cornerstone of his career and has positioned him as an excellent facilitator for Aspire helping others find their potential
Johnathan Quatela
Facilitator
Guided by strong belief in the transformative power of the gospel. Originally hailing from Argentina, Jonathan is a bilingual pastor with demonstrated experience in Pastoral Counseling, global nonprofit administration and social outreach services. Skilled in community outreach, team building, pastoral counseling, evangelism and discipleship.
